I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality feels cheap, and for the price, I think most customers would expect something a lot better. I definitely expected more.

I had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do because the instructions were just not clear at all. I kept rereading them thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, still confusing. Maybe I was just tired too — I had been running errands all day and my brain was already half checked out, but even then, they could definitely be explained better.

I tried using salton.com to look around it was more work than it should’ve been. The pages were slow, the menus felt all over the place, and I had to keep digging just to find basic product details. Even checkout wasn’t straightforward, which made the whole thing feel like an extra task I didn’t sign up for. I ended up giving up after a while. They really need to make the site easier to use.

I’ve tried using it a few times now, and the toast keeps burning around the edges while the middle stays really pale. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get help with it, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not really happy with it so far.

I ordered this about two weeks ago and, still haven’t received anything. I reached out to support and they basically just told me to wait a bit longer, which is, you know, frustrating at this point

I was surprised by how many options salton had, especially for kitchen appliances. It was easy to browse around and compare things, which I appreciated. My only small complaint is that a few items didn’t have many colors available, and I REALLY wish they had more in stock
